RETAIL TEAM MEMBER
As a member of our Retail Team, your primary responsibility is sales and customer service, but our staff is a small family whose members are quick to jump in and help wherever it’s needed, including assisting with events, clinics and group rides on some evenings and weekends.
Who you are.
Naturally, you love bikes and you’re familiar with that rewarding feeling when you get to share your knowledge of them with others. Ensuring happy biking experiences for all – whether it’s on a road, trail, or daily commute – is important to you. You’re also friendly, energetic, enjoy talking to people, aim to please customers and make them feel at ease. To top it off, you are eager to be part of the cycling community and help customers join it too by leading them on group rides, teaching clinics, making coffee and chatting bikes.

As a mechanic and member of our Service Team, your primary responsibility is performing bike maintenance, service, and repairs, but our staff is a small family whose members are quick to jump in and help wherever it’s needed.
Who you are.
You have lots of shop experience wrenching on all different types of bikes and are familiar working on a wide variety of components. You’re up to date on all the newest industry technologies and standards. You enjoy learning, using your hands, and you thrive in a fast paced environment. You also work well with others.
What you’ll do.
• Deliver a consistently high level of workmanship
• Complete bike repairs and tasks efficiently and to the highest standard
• Show comprehensive knowledge of bike repair and maintenance
